Hey there, @wendypixiegarden.

I understand the importance of sending invoices to your customers so they'll know their payables and obligations. I want to make sure this is well-taken care of.

But before we get started, I just wanna ask if the notification prompts in every transaction you make in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or only when making invoices.

If it shows in all transactions, let's review your QBO subscription status.

However, if it only prompts when doing invoices, let's perform some troubleshooting steps.

We'll start by logging in to your account using incognito. When the browser is loaded with frequently visited pages, it can occasionally cause strange system responses. Here's how to access incognito in some of the most commonly used web browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once signed in, create an invoice once again. If it works, it's safe to say that it's being caused by the browser. We can fix this by clearing your regular browser's cache and cookies to refresh the system.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend switching to another browsing application. Here's a list of supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari 11 or newer

Furthermore, feel free to browse through these articles to know how to manage your subscription and handle invoices in QBO:

Let me know if you need further assistance in creating invoices in QBO, it's always my pleasure to assist you all the way. Have a great day!
