I keep getting the error message cannot connect to camera when I try to upload receipts in the snap receipt function. How to I resolve this?

I want to help you with this, @Rose135. Consider checking your QuickBooks Online mobile app camera use permission.

 

That may be why an error message appears when you try to upload. On the other hand, I recommend checking the mobile app OS system requirements to see what versions of iOS and Android devices the app will work well. Also, please ensure that the mobile application is updated. This way, you can use it at its optimum performance.

 

For iOS devices: Update apps manually.

For Android devices, I suggest following the steps from this article: How to update the Play Store & Apps.
