Question

I keep trying to refresh my transactions, and they seem to be taking a week to show up or they don't show at all. I am already reconnected my bank and that hasn't helped.

Hi there, I appreciate you performing some troubleshooting steps, @contact-avenoirp.

 

I'm here to help you out from this hurdle with your bank feeds. QuickBooks depends on when your bank posted the transactions on its online banking page. You can log in to your online banking or call them to check if they have security maintenance in their end.

 

Whenever you login from your online banking and see those transactions, QuickBooks will download them for you. However, if these entries aren't posted in your online banking, we won't be able to download it in the Transactions menu. 

 

Also, may I know what financial institution are you linking in QuickBooks or are there some error code and messages? This way, I can check if we have an open issue with your bank and provide you with the appropriate action.
