I'm adding a message on my invoice and when I preview it, it's not there. It's my UTR and bank details. Is there another way to do this?

You can add this information on the 'add payment details and footer' field of the invoice template (Cog > Custom form styles > See default > Edit > Content > Select footer). If you have more than one invoice template, please ensure this field is complete on the template listed as 'default', as this is the template used to map the information onto the statement.
