I’m have changed a customer name but the invoices are still showing the old name?

Hello, info1560. 

 

I'll ensure your invoices are able to use the new customer's name. 

 

The Display name as in the customer's profile might be using the old name. This is the reason why the invoices are showing the old one. 

 

In this case, edit the Display name as field then use the new name. This will also update the information on your existing invoices. Here's how to do it: 

 

  1. Go Sales, then click the Customers tab.
  2. Click the customer's profile.
  3. Click Edit
  4. Set the Display name as to the new name.
  5. Click Save

 

 

Check the invoices and ensure they are now using the new name.
