I'm having trouble with my Paypal balance showing correctly in QBO. I recently received a payment in USD. This transaction appears in QBO but the bank balance is wrong.

Thank you for posting in the Community. However, for this case, I would recommend contacting our Support. They have more tools to see the root cause of the behavior. You can contact them during the usual business hours in the UK.

1. Click on Help.
2. Repeatedly search for the word human.
3. If asked to specify your concern, click on See examples.
4. Choose I still need a human.
5. Click on Contact Us and choose how you want to reach our support.
