I’m new to using this system and I have only made 4 transactions. I’ve sent money twice and received money twice. My problem is that I have made a payment using my online banking but it is not showing up on QB. Am I missing something?

Once you connect your bank accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed, the program will automatically download your transactions every night. If you've noticed that the update seems stuck, you can manually refresh the bank connection to get your latest available transactions. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBSE account.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Choose Bank Account.
4. Click Refresh All.
