I’m no longer able to create expenses from my receipts

I’m no longer able to create expenses from my receipts, when I add the missing details I get a pop up saying can’t create expenses from receipts. I’ve had this issue for about a month not and had no problems previously. Please help

 Hello Sarahnolan-dance, thanks for posting on the Community page,  what exactly happens in regards to not being able to create the expense or are you getting any error messages or codesx showing up at all?
