I'm not able to manually enter transactions, ie cash income ?

I'll be glad to help.

 

If the Save button is grayed out when adding the transaction manually using your Android device, we currently have an on-going investigation about this. Our engineers are working on fixing this problem as soon as possible.

 

While we're unable to give a workaround, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can add your company information to list of affected users, so you'll be notified when there's an update on the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Assistant link located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Enter Talk to a human and then I still need a human to see the Message an agent or Get a callback option.

Otherwise, let's do some troubleshooting steps to check if this is caused by a browser-related issue.

 

To start, open an incognito or private browser. This mode lets you browse without saving your history or cache. 

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Next, sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account and go to Transactions. If you're able to manually enter the transactions, we can go back to the regular browser and clear its cache.

 

Using other supported browsers can be a good alternative, too.
