I’m trying to save an invoice but it keeps coming up subscription problem

Hello there, @shaun-b-23-hotma. I'm here to help you sort this out so you to save invoices seamlessly.

 

Before anything else, I'd like to verify if you're getting an error that says your subscription is expired. If this is the case, go to the Billing & Subscription page to resubscribe. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on Settings ⚙.
  3. Go to Your Company, and click on Account and settings.
  4. Choose Billing & subscription, hit Resubscribe, then fill in the updated billing information. (If needed.)
  5. Once done, click Resubscribe.

 

However, if you have previously made a payment and are still seeing the expiry problem message, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. This allows them to review the status of your plan and give you the finest answer.
