I’m unable to download my Intuit invoices from my Account Manager.

Clicking on Export to pdf does nothing on Mac, PC or phone, in Firefox, Chrome or Safari (the link changes to 'Loading...' then just back to the Export link.

 

Tech support tried yesterday with screen share but no luck after 30 mins and they've not got back to me since then.

 

It's quite ironic that the only invoices missing from my accounts are now the ones for my accounting software!

Thanks, I tried turning pop up blockers off but still nothing. Support managed to email them to me though. Thanks.

Hello, Heather. 

 

I appreciate you doing what you can to resolve the invoice export issue. I'll point you to the right direction so you'll be able to get your invoices. 

 

As what GeorgiaC mentioned, you'll want to follow up with our support regarding the invoice download request. In case you don't have the link to the chat support, here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Click the Assistant button.
  2. In the chat box, type "Talk to a human." 
  3. When prompted, type it again or enter something like "follow up with the previous case."
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select the Message an agent button. 

 

If you still have your previous case number, you'll want to give it to the next available agent. They'll read through the notes and provide updates about the issue.
