I’m using my phone to do it and it’s not bringing up what your saying re the invoices? Do I need a laptop to complete this?

QuickBooks invoicing in the mobile application is limited compared with what you can do while logged in in a browser. This is why it is recommended to create and save your client's invoices while logging in through a browser application.

 

Don't worry, you don't need a laptop to complete your work. Instead, you can use the browser application on your phone as long as it does meet the system requirements listed in this article: The browser you need for the best QuickBooks experience.
