I’m using Snap Receipt, how do I take a photo of a two page receipt?

Hello @Maddy Mills,

 

I have some information about capturing two-page receipts. You can capture the second page and just attached them when you match and categorize them in QuickBooks.

 

To capture receipt on your mobile device:

  1. Open the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
  2. Go to the Menu ≡ icon.
  3. Tick Receipt snap.
  4. Tap the camera icon and snap a photo of your receipt.
  5. Hit Done.

Hi following this thread.  Once I have taken snap receipts of an additional page, how do I add them to one and arrive at two pages with one total please.

I'm here to address your inquiry about adding an additional page on your snap receipts with one total in your QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Using the snap receipt feature of QBO, you can only scan one receipt at a time and apply this to a transaction since this is another way of categorizing your expense receipts. As this feature is unavailable, I encourage sending Feedback to the Product Development team. They will carefully consider this option to ensure it meets your business needs effectively.

  2. Indicate your comments or suggestions.
  3. Then select Next to submit Feedback.
