Question

I'm using the app only, for the last 24 hours despite logging in and out multiple times, all of my information has disappeared from the app, invoices, customers, expenses

It still says my company name at the top etc and has retained a couple of the graphs but you can't open them etc

I'll make sure you can view invoices, customers, and expenses using the QuickBooks app.

 

You can check your QuickBooks Online using your web browser. If data are complete, you can update your app.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On your device, open the Google Play store.
  2. On the home screen, select the Menu ☰ icon.
  3. Select My Apps & Games.
  4. In the Updates tab, look for the QuickBooks Online app.
  5. If you see the option, click Update.

 

If you still have the same issue, uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select Settings from your app drawer or home screen.
  2. Click Apps & Notifications to see all apps.
  3. Locate and choose QuickBooks Online.
  4. Hit Uninstall.

 

Once done, Update your phone software and reinstall the QuickBooks app.
