I need to add two customs fields to our invoice template, we have already used the 3 available options and need help on how we can add a 4th and 5th custom field?

Thanks for your interest about the custom fields in QBO, @ashrafyanni,

 

This is a great feature to add in our program. At the moment, we can only add up to three custom fields on sales transactions in QuickBooks Online. If there are important information about the sale that can't be accommodated by the customized boxes, you may use the Message on invoice or Message on Statement section.

 

You can also use the Attachments section to add additional files on the sales form.
