I need to see the invoice that my customer receives from me. I want to know if they have my bacs details. I want to read the message they get from me. please advise.

Hello Cringall, 

If you go to the cogwheel> custom form styles> click into the template>design> it will show you all the information that is on the invoice that gets sent to the customer. 

If you need to change anything if you click into content> click into a box that you need to change the information in>then on the left-hand side you can edit the information there.
