Question

I noticed there is no recurring transactions on dashboard after 11th Nov. Please help to find out the reason.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

 

We do currently have an investigation which has been opened by our engineers as we have other reports of recurring invoices not creating.We can add your company to the open investigation and then we will contact you by email once it is resolved.

 

You can either;

 

1.Manually use the template to create the invoice and change the next date in the recurring transactions

 

or

 

2.Wait for confirmation that this issue is fixed as once it is fixed the transactions will run again
