I paid a supplier in four instalments - how do i link them together on my banking transactions?

I'm here to share some information about matching transactions.

You can match transactions given that the payments and the bill have the same amount.

What we can do is, exclude the downloaded transactions and record them as four payments of the bill.

Here's how to exclude the transactions:

1. From the Banking tab, select Banking.
2. On the For review tab, select the four payments.
3. Select Exclude.

Also, in case you incur an expense on your customer's behalf, you can record billable expenses. Here's an article as your guide: Enter billable expenses.
