I purchase in GBP and sell in YEN at a Japanese sales platform. I don’t need to issue receipt or invoice. Where should I record each sales? Can I ask smartlook support?

Hello britannia0305-ou, thanks for posting your question/issue on the Community page, so you can create either a sales receipt or a deposit they are the only options if you cant find a category you can make a category within the chart of accounts section. However, if you are unsure what to put the category as we would advise you to speak to an accountant. All we can assist you with is that it should be an income account when you make the category in the chart of accounts but after that, if you are still unsure speak to an accountant who will be able to help more.
