Question

I resubscribed on Friday to enable me to send an invoice. But for 2 days now the app won't let me produce an invoice to send. Can I get a refund for the £11.99 ?

Let me check why you're unable to create an invoice, jdstevenstelford.

 

There's a possibility that the resubscription didn't go through. You can log into your QuickBooks Online account via a web browser. Then, check if the account is active.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ at the top.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  3. Click Billing & Subscription.
  4. If you see Resubscribe, click it, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Click Subscribe.
  6. Once done, log out, then log in again to your QuickBooks account. 
  7. Go back to the Billing & Subscription section to check the Next charge date.
  8. If it's a date in the past, please contact our support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.

 

Once all set, you can produce an invoice and send it to your customers. When you receive the payment, you can record it in QuickBooks.

 

About the refund, I still recommend contacting our Live Support Team. They can pull up your account and validate the charge when your re-subscribe.
