I save customers info when creating an invoice but the phone number does not show when printing the invoice or packing slip. How do i show this??

Adding customer's phone number in an invoice is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You can only add the company's number.

In the meantime, you can add the customer's phone number in the Message on invoice box.
