I sent my online receipts to this email last week: receipts@quickbooks.com When can these on my account and on which section?

Hi user84277,

 

Normally, it would only take a few minutes to extract the data from your receipts. You will see them in the For Review sub-tab of the Receipts tab in the Banking section.

 

If you see them, you can edit, match, or add the transactions to your books. If not, please contact our Support for further assistance.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact Us.
  2. Enter something like receipts not downloaded in the text box, and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback. These options are available during the UK business hours.
