The option is ticked in the invoice but when I send it it doesn't show a pay now option for clients.
Hello info-fionamcguir, There is an issue with paypal recently, It works with disconnect and reconnect PayPal for other customers wherein their clients aren't seeing the option to pay now on the invoice, can you please give this a try and hopefully it will resolve it for you too. You will just need to re-send the invoice to your customers once done. Please get back to us if still having any issues.
