I unable to drill into the bank transactions to see activity. This issue has been raised previously. pls could you urgently look into this matter.

First, let's take a look at the bank's website to make sure they aren't experiencing technical challenges. If you're unable to access your bank data, let's go ahead and update your bank account manually to download your latest bank transactions in QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, select Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
