I usually send my invoices through WhatsApp and customers have had no problem. However, this month they can’t seem to open them

I understand that it is important that you'll be able to send invoices to your customers. I'm here to help you in fixing why they are unable to open them.

 

We'll encounter unusual behavior if the browser has issues. You'll want to advise them to copy the link that was sent on WhatsApp and use an incognito window in opening it. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error.

 

These are some of the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

Also, it's best if they can clear the cache and make sure they are using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can fix any browser-related issues, too.
