I’ve been paid an invoice and quickbooks have charged me for the exact amount help!

Are you saying that you processed an invoice payment, but instead of your customer being charged, you were charged? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jess thanks for getting back in touch, I’ve been paid an invoice and the money was in my account for a short time, then a transaction was taken out my account for the same amount that the customer paid me with the same details as the reference on the invoice that was sent out to customer.
