I’ve been told I need to use QBs online instead of QBs self employed but I’m not quite sure how it all works. I need to add previous invoices to the account

Hello Userhannahwilkin93, If you have been using the Self Employed package you can export them into a json file, you would then need to convert them to CSV and you will be able to then import them in the QuickBooks Online under the cog in the top right>import data.
