Question

I’ve been using QuickBooks for a couple of years now and at first I just accepted that if I sent a quote that maybe 1 in 10 wouldn’t go through! But this week I’ve sent 2

And out of them 2 both haven’t received my quote!!! So that’s handy when you’re trying to run a business! Also tried to export the file so I could TEXT it to the clients! And it’s having none of it!

Let's make sure all clients will receive their quotes, peter-bellows.

You can ask your customers to check their junk mail and spam folders. If the email isn't found, you need to clear and then re-enter your email address.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Company tab.
  3. From the Contact info section, click Email.
  4. Clear the Company email field and enter the desired address, even if it appears correct as is.
  5. Click Save, then Done.
  6. Send yourself a test transaction.

When everything looks good, re-send quotes to clients who didn't receive them.

If not, you can follow this article for another solution: Fix issues when customers aren't receiving your emails. It provides 3 solutions to ensure your client will receive emails.

I'm also attaching this link for a video tutorial on how to manage: How to create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if there's anything else you need. I'll stay around until you're able to send quotes to all your clients.
