I’ve created the invoice loaded my tide details but there not appearing on the invoice

We haven't received similar issues reported. For now, let's open your account in a Private mode and see if it works for you. This method prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser problems.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P.
  • Safari: press Command Shift N.

If you're able to see the details on your invoice, clear the browser's cache. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate.
