Question

I've just done my receipts and deleted them all as I did it wrong. But now I have 2 split expenses that I can't delete. All it does when I delete is load them to delete.

First, I recommend deleting the entries through a private window. It's the best place to check browser-related issues that may affect this behaviour.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift 
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

 If it works, clear the cache of your main browser to clear the history. Otherwise, use another supported browser as an alternative.

 

If you're getting the same result, make sure to open your account as an admin to avoid restrictions. If you receive error codes, feel free to share the details on this thread so I can take a look into this further.
