I’ve just renewed my subscription but the app won’t let me send invoices

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Faye. I'll share some troubleshooting methods so you can get back to sending invoices using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

Before doing so, did you encounter a specific error message when sending invoices? If so, we'd appreciate it if you could share it with us here so we can provide an appropriate resolution. 

 

First, ensure to update the app to the latest version. Then, let's isolate the issue by logging in to your QBO account on a supported mobile browser and sending invoices from there.

 

If it works on a browser, here are some quick steps to fix most app-related issues:

 

  • Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G.
  • Close and restart the app.
  • Clear the app's data. To do that, open your device's Settings, click Apps, select QuickBooks App, and then Clear Data.
  • Restart your device.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

Moreover, if you want to make quick changes to your invoice templates, you can do so directly from the mobile app.
