I've opened my app and all of my invoice and expense data is gone. Who can help?

Let's make sure you'll be able to access all of your invoices and expense transactions, sam-onlypans.

 

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app for Android is designed to show only the last 365 days worth of transactions for customers. If you'll want to access the full set of transactions created for customers, you can use a web browser to log in to your account and view the information. 

 

But if you're still unable to view the transactions even within the 365 days, let's reset your app data by following the steps below:

For Android 

  1. From your phone's settings, select Apps (varies by device). 
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list and select Storage. Select clear data.

 

For iOS 

  1. From your phone's settings, select Settings
  2. Then, click on General and choose iPhone Storage
  3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

 

However, if you're still unable to access your data, I recommend reaching out our support team so they can investigate further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.
