I’ve setup a different company with a fresh subscription and nothing seems to work i cant edit my invoice layouts or send invoices i just get a pop up, error with my sub

Let's begin by tracking invoices in a private window. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

If it works fine, you can return to your default browser and clear its cache to start afresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser. The one you're using now may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks Online.
