I’ve snapped a supplier receipt and hit “use receipt” expecting automatic display of info with receipt but nothing! Am I missing something?

We can try some browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of this message. You can use a private window to see if you'll get the same result when using the receipt.

Below are the keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:

  • Google Chrome: press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works there, go back to your original browser and clear the cache. This is to make sure your browser functions more efficiently. Should this not work in a private window, it would be good to try other supported browser to help narrow down the cause of this unexpected behavior.
