I want to add a few things to my invoices my utr number And my bank details How can I do this the videos on line show u but I can’t do this

I can walk you through in customising your invoice template so you can add your UTR number and bank account details. Let's get this started.

 

To add your VAT number on invoices, you'll need to enter your VAT registration number first once you set up your VAT. This should, thereafter, populate automatically on the invoices. To setup your VAT, please follow these steps:

  1. From the left navigation bar, choose Taxes.
  2. Click the Edit VAT drop down then click Edit Settings.
  3. Make necessary changes then enter the VAT registration number.
  4. Click Save.

To add the bank details on your invoices, please follow these steps below:

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under the Your Company heading , choose Custom Form Styles.
  3. Select your invoice template.
  4. Refer to the Content tab.
  5. Click on the header part of the invoice template. 
  6. On the Display section, click on Custom Field
  7. Put a check-mark on the third box and enter your desired details. 
  8. Click on Done to save the changes.
