Question

I want to edit an invoice to change the customer. I do this but the address for the original customer stays on the invoice. This was done using the Andriod app

Are you trying to edit the invoice on the app or on the web browser when the address is staying as the original instead of the new one?

Thanks for getting back to us, can you try clearing app data and seeing if this resolves your issue or not. 

 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
  • Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
  • In your device Settings:
  • Android: Settings > Apps (varies by device) > QuickBooks app from the list >Storage > Clear data.
