I want to go into each customers records and check historical invoices but it only shows the invoices from the last year. How can I change this, please?

You can pull and customise the Invoice List report to show all the customer's historical invoices. Here's how:

1. Click Reports in the left panel and search for Invoice List report.
   
2. On the report screen, click Customise.
   
3. Under Customise report, go to the Filter section and select Customer.
4. Choose a customer and click Run report.
   
5. Custom the Date and hit Run report again.
6. This will show all the customer's historical invoices.
   

To check each invoice, you can click the date or the transaction itself. You can memorise it to save its current customisation settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
