I want to see that the invoice is sent in my outlook

Invoices sent from QuickBooks are sent from the Intuit domain, and not a personal or business email. If you have the automated CC enabled for invoices in your sales settings, you'll receive a copy to your inbox. To turn on this setting:

1. Go to the Account & Settings 

2. From the left menu, click Sales 

3. In the Messages section, you can enter the email address under Copy (Cc) new invoices to address 

4. Select Save and Done
