I was just raising an invoice and I noticed it says our company profile was edited this morning at 06:16. It wasn't me. Is this something I should be worried about?

Thank you for raising this concern in the Community. I'm here to give you the information regarding this matter to ensure we can straighten out the situation.

We can review the Audit Log in your QuickBooks. The following activity changes will be recorded in the Audit Log report:

• The date of any change to your books
• The name of the user who made the change
• The type of change or event
• The name of any customer or vendor related to the change
• Any original transaction date and amount
  
  

Please note that the events recorded in the Audit Log are available for two years.

Here are the steps in navigating the audit log:

1. Click the Gear Icon on the upper left pane and select Audit Log.
2. Select Filter.
3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
4. Select Apply.
   
   

The audit log shows you 150 records at a time. For most transactions or events, select View in the History column to open the audit history. This tells you who made the change and what they did.
