Question

I would like to add a standard user so they can create and send invoices but I do not want them to see my sales figures. Is this possible? Thank you

I know there is an option to turn on a Privacy button which removes this but this seems to be able to be overridden by the standard user.

This will not be possible to do so im afraid, if you have a look at this article it explains more on what access you give them and what they can and cannot do in the account.
