I would like to balance qb with my business account, to check all transactions have loaded into qb fot previous tax year 6th april 22 to 5th april 23.

You can compare your bank statement with your QuickBooks bank register, at @little-miss-orch.

Follow the steps below to open your bank register:

1. Select the Accounting menu.
2. Choose Chart of Accounts.
3. Look for the account on the list.
4. From the Actions column, click View Register.

To make sure they are balanced, you can reconcile an account. You must check your accounts in QuickBooks to make sure they line up with your bank and credit card bills, just like when you balance your checkbook. This
