I would like to custom my invoices but it says I am unable to change user ( think it means accountants detail) but I need to invoice and the accountant is closed . Thank

As long as you're the master admin of the account or user with the right to modify invoices, you must be able to customise the transaction. May I know what user are you referring to when you say you're unable to change user? This way, I'll be able to give you the right amount of information and guide you further.

On the other hand, adding the tag section under the account is not an option for now. The Tags field is located between the Header and the Columns section. You can check out this article for more information: Tag transactions in QuickBooks Online.
