If all transactions have uploaded from my bank. I have all of the receipts to add in, how do i run a report to see which transactions dont have a receipt attached?

Hello, @lorraine-mcdonal.

 

I appreciate you for downloading the data and the receipts. I'm here to ensure you're able to review the data with or without receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Currently, there isn't a way to pull a report to see which transactions don't have a receipt attached in QBO. Although, if you attached the receipts in the transactions before downloading them into the system, you can go to your Register and review them as a workaround. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Accounting tab, then choose Chart of Accounts
  2. Click the View register perpendicular to your account. 
  3. Tap the small gear icon, then check the Attachment box. 
  4. Check the Attachment row if there's a check. If it's blank, then that data don't have a receipt yet. 

 

However, if the receipts didn't attach to your transaction, please go to the For Review or Reviewed tab on the Receipts page. Then review and match them to your banking transactions.
