Hello there, GemmaCreates.

I've tried changing details on my invoice footer using my QuickBooks Online test account, and it's working fine. With that, I suspect this is a browser-related issue.

Before we proceed, you'll want to double-check if the correct template is selected to an invoice (open invoice> Customise at the bottom> select the appropriate template). Still, I have some steps to share to optimize your QuickBooks Online account performance. If you haven't tried the steps below, please do to isolate this issue.

Access QuickBooks in an incognito window:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari

If it works, delete cache and temporary internet files on your browser. Another way is to use compatible browsers with QuickBooks Online

Please keep me posted how it goes. I want to make sure you're all set. In case you still need my assistance, don't hesitate to post again. I'd be glad to help your more, GemmaCreates. Take care.
