If I enter 2 invoices the same will quick books inform me?

Hi accounts-bmhplum, thanks for your post - you won't be warned if two invoices contain the same information, however, you can set a prompt to appear when the same invoice number is entered twice - to do this, click the Cog > Account & settings > Advanced > Other preferences > Tick 'warn if duplicate cheque number is used' 👩‍💻
