Question

If i enter more than two products in the invoice it pushes the totals box down the page and I have to print two pages, in this day and age waste is not acceptable. How do

Printing a one -page invoice with more items entered would benefit your business and help save paper. However, QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically prints it to two pages.

 

As a workaround, you can save the invoice as a PDF file and send it to your customer.
