If the Banking screen doesnt match a gocardless payment to an invoice, how should I match the payment and account for the fees?

The invoice automatically generates a Direct Debit request, and usually Quickbooks ties the inbound payment to the request and offers a match, but not this week!

Hello John, Welcome to the Community! The Go Cardless payments are currently experiencing an issue with the processing of the payment. This is currently being looked into by our engineers.  You can manually match and account for fees on the transactions showing in the banking screen in the meantime. We can advise you on how to do this. Does the invoice show as paid?
