Im in sales by customer detail but sales receipts are coming up how do I fix it thanks

Let's customise your Sales by Customer Detail report, @accounts-compusc. This way, you're able to focus on the information that matters the most to you.

 

When you pull up the Sales by Customer Detail report, you'll get all the transactions (sales) related to your customers. With this. you'll have to filter the data you have to remove specific info (i.e., sales receipt). Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Pull up the Sales by Customer Detail report.
  3. Click the Customise button.
  4. Set the reporting period in the General section.
  5. Go to the Filter section to select the sales transactions you want through the Transaction Type drop-down field.
  6. Click Run report.

 

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the last three steps.
