Hi. I have QuickBooks Self-Employed account (UK). I have connected bank accounts in GBP and USD. I'd like to import old transactions to my USD account from a CSV file, however, the currency appears GBP, not USD in QBSE. How to upload a CSV file in USD?
Hello Ev_uk, thanks for reaching out to us here, so Quickbooks self-employed account does not support multi currency you can only import GBP bank transactions in it. Only in our Quickbooks small business online accounts can you have multiple currency transactions added (on either essentials or plus). The bank account may have connected but unfortunately the Self Employed subscription does not hold any FX rates or options to set your own FX rate or an account for FX gain or loss . If you do want to run multi currencies then the small business Essentials and Plus packages may be a better fit for you.
