Importing Daily Transactions

We currently receive daily transaction reports from a number of different sites, which are entered manually into quickbooks via customer invoicing. We currently use quickbooks pro 2014 - desktop version.

 

If we wanted to import transactions into quickbooks on a daily basis, can we do that?...if so what version of quickbooks would we require? It would be a few hundred transactions per day split over 10 sites.

 

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

There are two ways on how we can import your daily transactions, Finance101.

 

These methods may or may not work since QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2014 is no longer supported. You'll want to upgrade to a newer version to make sure everything works fine.

 

We can import those transactions using an IIF file or web connect (.qbo) file. You can get these files from your point of sales system.
